The main responsibility of the Vice-Principal is to assist the Principal in the overall management and administration of the College. This includes but not limited to:

• The Vice Principal serves as the Head of the Academic Departments and Units of the College
• The Vice Principal supervises the Academic Heads of Departments
• The Vice Principal serves as Chair for some statutory committees as stipulated by the Harmonised Statutes of the Colleges of Education
