The College Secretary mainly performs the following tasks:
- Acts as Secretary to Council and non-voting member.
- Serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the College and is answerable to the Principal of the College in the discharge of the administrative duties of the Secretary to the College.
- Serves as Secretary to all other Boards and Statutory Committees of the College.
- Being responsible for the custody of the College Seal and for affixing same to relevant documents of Council and the Academic Board.
- The Secretary of the College shall be responsible for the custody of all legal documents and records of the College.
- The Secretary of the College shall regularly cause to be published all policy decisions of Council, the Academic Board and other Statutory Committees of the College.
